Joseph Robinette “Joe” Biden, Jr. was born on November 20,1942 in Scranton, Pennsylvania. åÊHe is the first of four siblings. åÊBiden’s father was well-off but fell on hard times when Biden was born forcing the family to live with Biden’s maternal grandparents for a time. åÊBiden’s paternal grandfather, Joseph H.
